Enter the passenger information.

Pay for the order.

To make a payment, you are required to specify:

card number;

expiration date;

cardholder's full name;

CVV2 / CVC2 code.

Once you are done, confirm the payment.

After successful payment, a payment confirmation and bus e-ticket itinerary receipt will be sent to your e-mail and mobile phone.

Go to the website and select on the "My Order" tab.

Select the "Request a Return" button.

Specify the number of tickets you want to return.

Select the "Return Ticket" button.

If the return is successful, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

To board a bus following an intercity route, you need a ticket (itinerary receipt), which can be shown in electronic form, as well as your passport.

For interregional/international routes, you must have the original ID (for children under 14, the original birth certificate) that was used when purchasing the ticket and a printed copy of the itinerary receipt.
